Welcome Back to Meditation Monday: Feel the Fear and Go Forward Anyway!
This is my journey I took to get myself on the world wide web of blogging and video making. It took me a good while to finally quiet my fear and go forward and do this.
I challenge you to sit in a mintue ortwo of queit contemplation/meditation and ask yourself what it is that you’re really afraid of. Then take 1 (minimum…more is extra credit for you) step toward that goal.
