Last night as I was lying in bed going I’ve all the good thing I did and what I was grateful for (a nightly ritual I HIGHLY recommend you do) I realized I didn’t post the weekly workout!
This last week of summer is flying by too fast and we are having lots of fun! So much fun that even my personal workouts have been out on a backseat for livin’!
Walking is such a great workout, and it’s free! The government even spent a lot of million dollar bills figuring out that it’s healthy for us to use our legs (lol)!
So…get out there and walk! At least 30 min/day 5x a week for best benefits (and no, walking from the couch to fridge and back doesn’t count)!
