I don’t have time to workout is an excuse I get a lot from people once they hear I’m a personal trainer. My response goes something like this comic.
That’s a pretty good way to look at it doncha think? If living is important to you, if quality of life is important to you, you better believe its time to put yourself on the schedule! And don’t just ‘pencil it in’ wright it in permanent marker or even better…in blood! Ok so that may be overkill but you get the point.
