I’m sure it being so close to Thanksgiving that there will be lots of gratitude blogs but I’m gonna go for it anyway! We tend to live in a society of wanting microwave results. Meaning we want something with just the push of a button and we very easily can when it comes to consumerism. We can’t, however, change our lives, waistline, bank account with a push of a button. Those things take some time, consistent effort and motivation. When everything else come so easily we tend to get frustrated with the slow results and end up giving up and throwing in the towel.
You get more of what you give. So if you’re always complaining about how fat you are, how crappy your life is and how you have no money than you’re gonna find more of that showing up in your world.
I’m here to help you change that. Here’s the trick…focus on what you ALREADY have that you love. For example: What do you LOVE about your life, body, and look at what money you DO have and give thanks for it. Show gratitude for what you already have, focus on those things that are already good and you’ll find that there’s more and more to be grateful for showing up. Stop looking at what’s missing, and that can seem like almost everything, and notice what you do have.
Start here —–> You woke up today! Celebrate that you have a life and you’re alive to live it!
You have a body that functions, breathes, thinks, heart pumps, anything good on top of that is just icing on the cake!
You have money, however small amount…even dollars or pennies, be grateful every time you see your money and give thanks!
Now these are just some examples on those three subjects. I could give you examples on love, happiness, health, peace, prosperity etc. If you’d like some help with what you’re struggling with, comment below or message me! I’m here to help! Theme for the day, week, month, year, rest of your life really, is to focus on the things you have and be grateful for them.
It’s like I tell my girls, especially now with Christmas around the bend, ‘If you don’t take care of and respect the things you have, how can you expect to get more of them?’ That theory is absolutely true for us adults too! If you take for granted all the things you do you, how can you expect the Universe, God, Allah, Buddha, Source Energy, whatever you wanna call it, to give you more? Think about that! 🙂
I’m grateful for the readers and followers I have. I’m thankful that you take the time to read what I have to say and take even more time to ‘Like’ it or love it enough to ‘Share’ it! You are beautiful, you are blessed!
Happy Thanksgiving Day!
