Right now I want you to look around you and see all the ‘things’ you have and be grateful for them! This is a time of year where we write wish lists and look through catalogues and online to find the coolest ‘thing’ we want for Christmas and how this ‘thing’ will help us feel better, or happy, or complete, or fulfilled, or somehow make our life better or easier. Wanting new things is normal but take a moment and give thanks for what you already have. Enjoy your life in this moment, as is, no exceptions, no what if’s, no coulda, shoulda, woulda, no if only’s.
